At Divyakhand Royale, we strive to deliver your favorite Indian sweets to you as quickly and safely as possible fresh from our kitchen to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from our central warehouse within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Most deliveries reach customers within 3–4 working days across India.

  • In remote areas or during peak festive seasons, delivery may take up to 5–7 days.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
 Our courier partner will require a signature or OTP confirmation upon delivery.

If you are unavailable, please ensure that an authorized person (family member, colleague, or neighbor) can receive the package on your behalf.

Note: Divyakhand Royale (Growfitz Kiwi Foods Pvt. Ltd.) is not responsible for packages signed for by someone other than the customer.


2. Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on all prepaid orders across India.
 For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, standard service charges may apply (as shown during checkout).


3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package.

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


4. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of sweets, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, in the event of a verified damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or repeated delivery attempts, the customer will bear the return shipping charges levied by the logistics company.


5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier or logistical challenges

  • Unforeseen operational issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
